I was there man….I was THERE when it went down. Most of it was fun, but some of it was pretty girly. I felt like I had infiltrated the female race and was behind enemy lines. Women were everywhere. There were pictures of women’s….stuff on the walls. They served only women. And yet, I moved freely through the halls. I am just happy to be out of there alive. The highlight was getting a photo of the little guy. They said he was the most handsome one they’ve seen yet. We even got to see his little heart beating and he kind of gave us a little wave at one point.
I was reminded of when I worked at Mailboxes Etc. in high school and a lady asked me laminate her ultrasound photo for her. Well, the heat pretty much melted her photo. She went to her car and her husband came back in and literally jumped the counter to come after me. It appears hospitals now use regular paper to prevent such incidences from happening, which is nice.
